I purchased this new at Babies R Us after our second daughter was born less than a year ago. Although I've never jogged with it, I've walked with my daughters on some pretty rough trails without a problem. A few weeks ago one of the tires went flat and I couldn't fix it, so I contacted the company for a replacement. I couldn't get through on the phone so I e-mailed them through their website. Within a day I heard back stating that they would ship a new wheel. Within a week I had a new wheel, free of charge without having to provide a receipt to prove that it was under warranty!
