Ok I don't know what happened in the last review but I live at an FPO address (out of the country) and still got this sheild in like four days. As far as the sheild goes it fits perfectly on my city series single stoller. I even have others asking if I think that it would fit on their un-baby jogger strollers. Oh and by they way it looks a little different than the picture shows but is actually better. There is a black panel at the bottom near the front wheel that covers the foot plate and has the velcro to attatch around the bottom so it fits even better. Love this cover!
